SENIORS MORNING OUT is a partnership program between the church and the Catawba County Department of Social Services. It operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 until noon, with a free lunch served for all participants who have made a reservation. The program offers fellowship and activities, with transportation offered through the county Greenway bus system.
Wendy Thomas is the on-site director, and she would welcome any calls requesting more information or to reserve your meal for particular days. 828-320-0434
Seniors Morning Out is open to ANYONE aged 60 and over. Bethlehem United Methodist Church offers the space and encouragement for this program as a service to the community.
